The Ram in essence , celebrates efforts that went into protecting them from extinction. Overhunting for trophies, loss of habitat due to urbanisation of land, these gorgeous creatures have seen their numbers drop to dangerously levels. Issue brought to attention in Andy Warhols collection of paintings of Endangered Species, the levels have been restored through collective efforts. Today most Ram species are seeing good numbers, with couple of subspecies still seeing low numbers.
