Our policies

In simple words :

I store your emails but only if you sign up or buy ( online and in person at fairs).
I don't buy or collect emails from anyone else.
I don't sell  your email addresses to  anyone else.
You can unsubscribe at anytime by either emailing us or clicking link at the bottom of our email.
I do not  have access to or store any payment data as third party services such as PayPal and Square do my payment processing.
​All of them  have very strict privacy policies.

Original Paintings and Prints:

For returns of undamaged goods, contact us within 14 days of delivery on info@katarzynastasiak.com 

Items are expected to be returned in the condition in which they were sent within 21 days of delivery to receive a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We recommend that you keep the original packaging.

For items that arrived damaged we will need you to emails us within 24 hours of receipt of the painting with photos of both packaging and the damaged item.

Commissions:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this service and product,  we are not able to offer refunds / exchanges on commissioned art.

Gift Vouchers:

We do not offer exchanges/ refunds for any monetary products such as gift vouchers.

Discounted items:

Only full price items can be returned for a refund.

Delivery:

For all 'ready' items please  allow 14 days for UK delivery, International delivery times will be provided individually, on order to order basis.

We will email you with despatch information. All our deliveries use recorded delivery / courier service.
